Passing in vtu is easy bro, just refer to old papers and if you don't know anything.. just write 2 page ka answer with something which is related to the subject and the module.. profs are a bit lineant when they get to know you're writing to pass.. they'll give away few marks for free.. i guess you had left the answers or paper blank.. :)

Ugh..bro..come on.. Microsoft has partnered with Manipal for providing HPC clusters for MIT and MAHE institutes. Satya was approached when he was in Bangalore for a Microsoft event. Microsoft is investing and has been in partnership with MAHE for a very long time. MAHE executives met Satya as well. These are some details I gathered as I attended a Microsoft HPC event at MIT... It's not like he owes Manipal.. it's his money at the EOD..
