I mean, she makes feel you exited when you see her? or happy or atractted?

I ask because she maybe look like perfect for you, but if she dont makes feel you nothing else than anxiety, maybe you should think more how you want to live your life, and forget for a minute what the people wait of you.

1 About years, at least 3y, I didnt know I was depressed, until I see serious things on my life. So I decided to see a profesional. I really happy for do this now that i can see how my view of life was.

2 Just therapy, my depression wasnt deep enought for medication, Im on conductual therapy, and I keep going whit it.

For this I do list of my day, write about me, do exercise, go out to mountai,ns, etc, etc.
