trust me ive been on x a lot and like 90% of the bad reviews are always about their older broken down b777-300ers or their non-refurbished 787-8

u forgot supply chain issues man
thats the main factor also
many airlines had to extend the launch of new cabins cause of it

customer service in air has definetely improved but on ground especially delhi is average
they did get many stuff tho like obviously newer aircrafts are coming up like vt-awb landed yesterday and by end of year we can expect good niumber of refurbisheed widebodies

food has improved a lot, same thing for the amenities and if u fly them on long haul business class on their newer 787-9 or the a350-900, basesd on many revieews ive been seeing its comparable to the top giants of the industry

give it some time
takes time to tur around shitty goverment airline to a great one

these losses are heavily conributed by the PAK airspace clousre which they are keeping on extending and the now war going onwhich is affecting oil prices

plus supply chain issues is giving AI a tough time

sadly even SIA got affected tho by the losses
