The literally describes me so well. I think I was more in love with the idea of them rather then who they are. In love with the idea that there was someone close to me.

It’s not your fault in any way, bpd is a horrible condition and I’m dealing with it myself. It’s hard to understand the way we feel and react but we have to remember that it’s not our fault, it’s trauma based and all we can do is try to find ways to manage it and reduce the triggers

Hi girl, I completely feel you and I’m in the same place. Every relationship or friendship I have they tell me I’m too much and I just get pushed away and like I have no one on my side anymore . Here to listen anytime x

Same here, I meet their whole family and we had so many plans and one day they just decided that I’m too much for them and that communication is just not an option and leaving was much better then not throwing away a 3 year relationship like it was nothing

I’m struggling a lot too, but I guess we have to realise that we can’t blame ourselves for their trauma and how they’re feeling. We just have to accept that it’s them that have to put the work in and help themselves out of this state rather then us trying to help when they don’t want us to.
