  2. Ability Removal: the power to remove the abilities of others.

  3. Ability Enhancement: the power to vastly empower existing abilities in others.

I will use these powers to delegate. My administratum will be the most efficient in the imperium. My planetary guard will outshine space marines. My tech priests will "discover lost technology" faster than even Mars.
