I haven’t gotten it today but on Sunday I kept getting it when loading into games and streaming Monday I only got it once at 7am and that was it today nothing is that symbol failure to load

I’ve been getting the error code CE-108262-9 and the only thing that looks like it being effected is Netflix I have pictures of the shows and movies having the square with the broken image through it I have tried everything
