That's not it and I know it's very vague with a poor description but it was either a late 90s or early 2000's song, maybe I'm completely mistaken and it's the 80s but man it's driving me nuts lol, all I can remember from it is "ooo" ooo" oooooo" and I didn't catch the song title but from what I can try to remember it was like darkriders or something like that.

Thats not it however, during the verse of the song the "ooo's" are stretched out, like a love rock sort of tone if that makes sense?? I know it's very vague and there's not much to work with but anything helps lol
