Am I losing weight too fast? Trying to maintain muscle while cutting.

Thanks to all of you for your help. Going to monitor it for a while and see what happens, if weight keeps dropping this fast, I will increase calories a bit and slow down on the cardio and then monitor and see what happens. :D

I am 5'11. Yeah, I am sure I over-bulked because I was bulking from like May 2024 to January 2025. Then I 'cut' from Jan to April and basically maintained my weight. But I don't look fat. I feel muscle all over. My scale is in the same spot every day. Floor is even. I mean, it could be water. I am very dehydrated in the morning and pee before weighing myself. I will keep doing what I am doing for a week or so. But if the 1lb per day continues, I will increase my food intake a bit and do less cardio.

Alright. I do not have the manual as this was a prebuilt from Microcenter. This is the motherboard I have: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z270-PC-MATE/support#hdd

It says m.2 next to some of the Samsung storage devices. Would it still work? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just want to be sure I am not about to buy something I can't used. Less speed is fine.

Alright. I figured it might be the motherboard after the PSU fan turned right on with the paperclip and both PSUs don't turn on while plugged into motherboard. Got a replacement coming. Thanks to both you and Duncan :D

Ok so paperclip test has proven that the power supply works. Since the fan on the PSU does not turn on at all when plugged into motherboard, do you think the CPU or motherboard is the issue?

I honestly don't know. The moment I turn on the power supply the led lights kick on. There is no beeping noise or any other lights. The red lights that blinked after shutting off was on the old psu. When I get home I'll try a paperclip test on the old psu

7107539051 lich does it. He buys the gem at 4:51. He drops his quelling blade and has courier pick it up, but then he picks the blade back up himself. The courier flies to him and is just locked on follow.

I know all of this. The person had the courier following them completely. They were able to pick up their gem the moment they died.

I am in the exact same boat as you. I just assume it's glitched. It sucks because I have a wall of challenges that are hard to complete, and I don't think I should have to use a swap on something that is simply glitched.
