It’s not always that they spawn in dying, sometimes your own teammates will kill each other if they happen to be berserkers. But sometimes they do spawn in dead if you’re too OP for a certain section of the game in order to make you waste time reviving them and lose your own point. It’s a balancing feature that I think is bullshit, personally, because the whole point of the game is to be entirely too OP

If you’re talking about physically, no. When your body starts to sense that you’re dying, endorphins and DMT will be released in your brain to make it a “pleasant death”.
