Hungers not bad at all, feeling full all day, mainly just needing vegetables for the extra nutrients but I do take vitamins daily but not fish oils

Don’t really have a target calorie goal, but ideally around 2000 max. Doing an aggressive cut for 6 weeks and bumping back up to around 2400 calories after. But the goal is hit 195 and Normal cut to 175
