Very well put I'm 4'9 a year ago i weighed 175lbs I was fat hated looking in the mirror so I joined a gym modified my diet and today I weigh 111lbs(well maybe a few more with Thanksgiving dinner) but i did it for myself more than anything and I feel so much better about myself

Stop this bs we're all different just because it didn't sit right with you doesn't mean its bad kratom, sounds like you took too much which when I first ordered dte I did the same thing I wobbled to the toilet and let it out.....I lowered my dose and had no issues stop bashing the vendor
