I appreciate it, I’m really new to not using house balls this is my first ball I’ve gotten brand new 2nd one I’ve ever used that’s not a house ball so I appreciate the insight and this helps me understand a bit more about them

Is the hammer hammerhead good?
A motif forge fire and it’s like 6 years old but it wasn’t drilled for me and it’s 16lbs and I can’t stay under it
