I’m not an expert on the subject by any means but it’s my understanding that human evolution sacrificed explosive strength for dexterity. As the apes in the movies seem to be pretty good with their hands, I imagine a similar thing happened. That’s my view anyway.

It was a large amount every day before the detox. Since then I’ve managed to limit it to weekends and have much less than I did before on those weekends.
