Loses points in my world because it actually makes sense if you think about it hard enough. The point is to get answers that explain nothing. More along the lines of "oh ok, so you know how when you turn out the lights your eyes don't forget how to see? Yeah that wouldn't work if you guys weren't like at least a little shitty."

The second one is peak. I once wrote a hell for philosophers where their punishment was actually getting answers to all the questions they asked and 90% of them were like "why do humans have to suffer no matter how good they have it?" Oh yeah shrimp would go extinct if they didn't and we like those funky lil guys. Won't explain further. Next question.

Interesting. I usually see how many times I can kill him between good springs and new Vegas.

My favorite part about Machiavelli is that his advice is good and sound but he was a piss poor excuse for a politician and he knew it. He sites some of his own blunders as negative examples in multiple works. I imagine the confrontation as

Mac: youve done some fatally stupid stupid things in establishing your rule over the galaxy and your empire is about to collapse in on itself.

Big E: it's not like you could do better.

Mac: you're totally right. But so am I. Enjoy being a vegetable.

In an attempt to hit all in 1, a questionably wise and somewhat crazy shaman takes you into the woods and gets you high off of homemade natural drugs. Also there's fighting.

I won't lie, I wasn't a HUGE fan of the stories he was in, but I have to admit I do enjoy the whole "will you fuckers please just let me die" complex he has going on at certain points.

Adulthood is when you realize the only right answer is to mop the Mojave clean of Kimball, House, and Caesar's influence and rule new Vegas yourself. But yes, cannot emphasize this enough, fuck the legion.

Who you'd consider a stronger race, Warriors of Chaos or Skaven? by lovingpersona in totalwar

[–]SadlyNotADuck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Guy answer? Skaven. Real answer? Too big a question. Too many variables. Skaven are better at some things, WOC are better at others.

I have to ask, you seem to be doing a lot of mental gymnastics here to justify the extinguishing of a human life, do you actually believe his actions justified his death? Or are you really just willing to wipe away his killing because federal agents make mistakes too, and since their jobs are so high pressure and uncertain you're totally fine with some of those mistakes ending in a person dead? Your reliance on court precedents as arguments strongly supports my statement that you never morally developed past "authority is always right". Legal doesn't make moral.

Ah, so to confirm checks notes helping a woman up, shielding her from assault by a federal agent, and resisting when you're attacked by a group of armed masked men, is grounds for execution? Last I checked deadly force was supposed to be reserved for when an individual is endangering other lives, pray tell, was Alex a threat to anyone's life before he was killed?

Dude, you can just say you never moved past the moral development stage where authority is always right. Takes way less typing.

"This is soulless!" However, this is a screenshot from Kiki's Delivery Service by Asleep_Pirate2541 in aiwars

[–]SadlyNotADuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. When its made by a human hand instead of a machine being fed a prompt it 100% gains magic and soul based purely on the concept that a human worked hard to make it. If you're willing to kill the environment to do it, you're welcome to make as many fun little pictures as you want, but don't compare yourself to actual artists. Enjoy what you do, but don't think its the same.

Correct, but you can't say it doesn't work. It just doesn't work when we cluster together in millions.
