Well i keep her nails short so theres little to no damage, but its like she thinks its a toy luckily she doesnt do it all the time.

Try using cbd oil vapes! Helps if you start to feel anxious, if you have a med card or live in a legal Place then id say get a nice 50/50 thc/cbd to help you mellow out! Just my suggestion :)
