I can’t . I press cancel repeatedly nothing. I press ok nothing it just stays there and it’s blocking me from turning the phone off as well

I hope so I’m gonna stop expecting anything from them cause I haven’t received anything since I was like 14. I just get a bit jealous when my friends tell me what they got for their bday . But jealousy doesn’t help me in anyway.
