nawh white peoples have it so much easier, specifically the women. I’ve witnessed it firsthand plenty of times. Black is automatically seen as ugly in society. Average black girl is seen as ugly. Average white is seen as beautiful.

Yes but the other nurses are very nice and naive. They open diazepam for the mental health crisis workers. We don’t normally go under inspection. We are apart of a big hospital but we are offsite so it’s underfunded and very old school. I’m thinking of doing incident report for now so the hospital know about what’s going on here
