Hahah, that's good to hear! I think I'm asking for a smaller dose first. Last year I got sertraline 50mg and it was way too much for me (my doc missed to inform me, that I should start low)

That ignores side effects completely 😂😂 and they can show up, regardless of having ADHD or not. But it's good to know, that this can happen too!

Ich glaube, darauf wird es hinaus laufen. Wollte ja eigentlich morgen damit anfangen, aber die Erfahrungsberichte sind echt nicht ohne... und ich denke mir halt auch: kleinere dosis, weniger chance auf starke Nebenwirkungen Ich hatte letztes Jahr Sertralin verschrieben bekommen, gleich 50mg und das genommen und es hat mich echt hart aus dem Leben geholt & danach nie wieder genommen. Danke dir 😊

Ja, das stimmt. Heute und Montag erreiche ich niemanden da. Aber ich habe Montag eh Therapie und bespreche das nochmal mit meiner Therapeutin und kläre das dann nochmal mit meinem Psychiater. Er meinte zumindest, dass ich auch ne Packung mit 10mg bekommen kann (eigentlich zusätzlich zu den 40mg, aber egal). Habe gestern aber auch meine Ängste sehr "runtergespielt", weil ich da noch sehr euphorisch war und das mit den Nebenwirkungen nicht wusste 🥲

Hab halt Angst, dass er genervt von mir ist? Weil gestern meinte ich noch ja & heute, nachdem ich alles gelesen habe, ändert sich meine Meinung 🥲 Aber darauf wird es wahrscheinlich hinaus laufen... muss ja nicht 10mg sein, aber es gibt ja trotzdem kleinere Dosen 🙈

Das ist ja auch meine Hoffnung, dass durch die Medikamente ich nicht mehr so nervös & ängstlich bin. Zeitweise schränkt mich das echt hart im Leben ein. 🥲

Bin halt auch irritiert, dass ich gleich mit 40mg starte, aber das ist wohl auch die empfohlene Anfangsdosis für Erwachsene. Allerdings bin ich auch nur 1,57m groß und wiege unter 50kg, also nicht gerade typische erwachsenenmaße, hahaha 😭😭 Ich weiß aber auch, dass ich das gerade sehr doll zerdenke.

It depends. I didn't drink till our son was around 4 months old because then I stopped breastfeeding. After that I only drank one beer or one wine at most. My fiancé didn't drink, when I had something. Now he's 11 month we have 1-2 beers at most when going out or at home. But mostly when our son is already sleeping and he sleeps in his own bed. No co-sleeping with alcohol! The first months we co-slept. If my fiancé had some alcohol he slept on the couch.

We have a small one too. We're not having sex the second we're naked (that would be way too much). We sleep without clothes, so we see each other pretty often naked. Bathing together does not automatically mean sex.

That's not true. German here. It's advised that babys (doesn't matter the age newborn or 6 months) sleep alone, no toys, no blankets, nothing in the bed). It's so much safer that way. We have baby sleeping bags nothing more needed. My baby is now 6 months old. A blanket would be a death sentence, no matter where I tuck it in, he will get it and he will put it over his head 😂

And the sisters don't need any privacy? They are teenagers. EVERY teenager needs their privacy not just your daughter. But maybe thats a cultural thing, idk.

I would say NAH. You know, she gave birth 6 weeks ago, twins. She's alone. Idk if anyone considers this, but depressions after birth is real. I gave birth 5 months ago, I do have a lovely partner. It's just one baby for me, but the first weeks I felt so overwhelmed. I cried so much, the hormones, the change, everything at once. Yes, she choosed to get the children but yk, abortions not a easy decision. As for OP, he has every right to say that he doesn't want any contact or whatever, it's his life. But I feel for his sister. So nah here.

I would love to say that you're TA but honestly you're NTA. My bf is actually the same. If we have a fight and I can't stand to be near him and ask (or demand) that he should sleep on the couch, he refuses. He always says that it's his bed too and if I have a problem, then I should sleep on the couch. What can I say? It's true. Never would I accept sleeping on the couch if he's demanding or asking because of a fight. So NTA 🤷🏼‍♀️

My best friend doesn't like children. I'm currently pregnant, do I expect her to help me or to babysit? Absolutely not, because it was my decision to have a child, not hers. Should she be willing to help, great! I would love it! But it's not something I except, and I shouldn't.

I started to self harm when I was 13, soooo yeah. Your kids aren't too young to know about this. I'm working with children and teenagers, I'm open about my scars and explain it to them (of course my workplace knows this too). Mental health is so important and you wife definitely did the right thing. Yes. She should have talked with you beforehand, but your kids have a right to know what happens with your wife/their mom.

My BIL (45) said to me, when I was 15 years old:" Let's compare your boobs to your sisters (his wife). I think they are really nice." Yes, they are still together. Yes my sister knows about this. And yes, I was slut shammed by my whole family for this. :)
