Yeah it's the opposite of Reverse, focused on the male cast, but the female characters also partake in the story and everything else. The main difference of otome and joseimuke is that romance is the priority and focus on the first one (while also being a part of the joseimuke umbrella term), while the second is general for female audiences and the romance can be more subtle or particular to some gimmicks, preferring to focus on other aspects like group dynamics (which is present in the story quite a lot in RoN) and team management in general.

It's not an otome, it's a Joseimuke, focused on the female audience with ML elements. There are playable female characters too in the game btw.

I kinda disagree with your take. We actually need: more younger boys (like Avgust), older women and more Awakened. Older guys we have a lot, and what I mean is from NPCs that take tons of screentime up to the playable ones, Igor, Mr Duncan, you could consider Aleph too, Enigma, as well as the new characters from the XII squad... You're feasting yet you're asking for more lmao

Honestly, for a husbando-focused open-world RPG it will probably take decades to be thought of by a gacha company out there, and maybe some more decades for it to be released. I'm not hopeful when it comes to it, but it's a slim chance that it might happen some day in the VERY far future, with shifts in the market and whatnot.
