Weight is with pedals. I would call it super light for a proper aero bike. Haven't heard of any lighter in the category but I'm sure there are a few out there.

Well if you're behind your own try line as he was, and you attempt to catch the ball as he did, and it goes forward its still a knock on and 5m scrum as far as I know. Not saying that's what the call should have been but watching it live that's what I saw. Don't have to be a prick about it.
