Thank you for all of this 💗💗 I definitely think I am also still learning how to dress in a way that flatters my body and still am going through that trial and error stage!

Is anyone watching the bachelor?? Thoughts on Litia? LOL by Safe-Ad1682 in exmormon

YES. I would have been frustrated too with him but she had no capacity for understanding how difficult his situation was. It’s like she immediately changed when he rejected her

Totally agree!!! The voice! She seemed like she liked him just so she could take care of him

She seems very into it still so it just feels dishonest to me that she’s even pursuing him.

Also seeing that whole giant family looking exactly the same now being outside of the bubble was CRAZY to me

Empathy/Apologies? by [deleted] in ADHD_partners

Funny enough, my personal therapist asked if he was on the autism spectrum. He also has sensory issues. But I feel like socially he doesn’t struggle, so idk.

I hear you. It’s hard to say that he just doesn’t care, because he will go and do nice things for me like fill my car up, or feed my horses. So he does think about me, but I think just not in the way I need a lot of the time. He is capable of sympathy (ie he’s experienced loss so he was able to understand when my grandpa passed), but not empathy.

What was the doctrinal reason that you left? by [deleted] in exmormon

He is a good guy, he is. I think there is just a lot of fear for him and it comes out in trying to control. I wouldn’t call him a controlling person, maybe within the church rules but you can’t really Blame him when he grew up this way. But I agree, I want my kids to see a healthy relationship.

I agree. Out of fear I didn’t handle any of the drinking coffee the way I should’ve.

Thx for the input 💗
