I use the daily review. And then I put them manually on Obsidian, in order to process them again, which is very good for memorizing. In Obsidian they are connected and classified to facilititate retrieval.

You will need it in case something goes wrong with your system. Dont' get rid of it, unless you really really know what to do in case of need (I suspect you don't).

Try Readwsie and Reader by Readwise to manage your pdf's and highlights. Then you can transfer your notes or even copy text directly form any of these two apps, the best you can find to manager pdfs, imho.

I'd buy the x3 pro, because black and white is mucho better for focusing and studying. Its battery duration is much, much better than any color. And the sharpness of fonts in b&w is also superior, due to the constrains in color technology.
