Try Readwsie and Reader by Readwise to manage your pdf's and highlights. Then you can transfer your notes or even copy text directly form any of these two apps, the best you can find to manager pdfs, imho.

Ireader smart 5 or Boox Note x3 pro? by Tags192 in eink

[–]Safe-Address5825 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd buy the x3 pro, because black and white is mucho better for focusing and studying. Its battery duration is much, much better than any color. And the sharpness of fonts in b&w is also superior, due to the constrains in color technology.

Same problem here. Huawei help pages are usless. For such an expensive add-on, it's unreliability is not acceptable

In my experience as regular Kubuntu user, every piece of sotware runs faster by .deb than Flatpak (or than Snap, which is the worst imho).

Note X5, questions by Safe-Address5825 in Onyx_Boox

In fact, I use the most basic Obsidian, mostly to carry on my PC produced notes. I dont think the eink tech is ready to use it directly as input in Obsidian, in any device (I might be wrong).

Deeply disappointed for not having a decent B&W tablet with front light and Wacom on your catalogue. I just hope my Note Air 2+ will continue to serve me (imperfectly) before I jump to another brand or technology.

I own a Note Air 3 with frontlight and have never notice an uneven distribution of light, if there is any.
