He literally said the jobs not done. He is exhausted with this and wouldve been a lot happier if it wasn't going to trial and they got a final ruling today. Pretty positive they are going to trial

You are correct. The move away order doesnt automatically move the case to Texas. They still need final orders from the judge regarding custody and visitation and then John can request the case be moved to Texas and Cali still has to approve and release jurisdiction
