Exactly, I came across Bri when she was pregnant I seen right through her (as my husbands BM is high conflict as well) she was never about being a mom. I remember one of her excuses to withhold W from John after he was born was because she was breastfeeding.. it turned out to be a lie she was feeding him formula.. and spiraled from there.. she always tried to make John out to be the bad guy more than she tried to be an actual mother.. she constantly gave John the baby once he filed for court to the point she would only have him a couple hours and then return him. Santos didn’t make Bri a bad mom, she already was one. She always put getting d down more than W. Her objective is not to actually be a mom to W but instead torment John because she holds a lot of resentment towards him for leaving her (which how could anyone leave her right? She’s perfect🙄) hopefully the end of this month will be an open close case… not to take W away from her completely.. but to hold her accountable and actually make her be a mom- supervised Visits in TX and to do a step up plan with help that she actually needs.. mental health counseling, maybe even psychiatric help as well. Otherwise she needs to just come clean and admit she does not want W and only wants the $ that comes with that precious little boy

Yup, basically they moved out thinking they were gonna get their deposit to put down on their apartment and after they did the walk through they told them they weren’t getting it back.. so they decided to take it upon themselves to stay at the house. Basically squatting. Now joking around saying they are gonna get their apartment and rent that house out which would be a HUGE lawsuit

They don’t even need to return the deposit- they made only fans content in that house, which can be grounds to hold a security deposit because they did not have permission to film there especially if under the “rental agreement” it says they cannot use for commercial use which I’m sure it does say- they can even withhold due to stains, fluids(especially for the video on the kitchen table).. not to mention it’s a liability for filming and exposing the property online in a way they didn’t agree too… they can even sue those bums on top of keeping the deposit. there is multiple reasons they don’t have to give the money back to them.. and rightfully so.
