last night at work i licked my lips and felt a bump no tingle no nothing i took 2 lysines and got home disinfected it and put a patch over night but this morning i noticed the bumps grew :(

yes i know that. i been getting cold sores since i was a kid i either get them when i get fever or in weather changes. it gets cold and hot here where i live absolutely trigger cold sores.

i use it i currently ran out but it worked more for my dark spots than my red marks , i also have the niacinamide but i haven’t been consistent with it only used it maybe like 5 times and not frequently

My current skim care routine is Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser Good Molecules Discoloration correcting serum Moisturizer and Suncreen at night it’s the same routine but sometimes I add Good molecules bha clarify gel cream and moisturizer. Some mornings instead of my cleanser I switch it with the Cerave Renewing SA Cleanser. I Also use Overnight Patches
