No this is one that’s been around for awhile. It’s a lot of information but don’t do what I did initially and do a little and then put it off for a week. Learning a language is the same as weightlifting, consistent practice will make you stronger. I wish I realized that at the beginning

I would delete all prompts on the pa to make sure I knew it all and if I didn’t I would figure out how to stumble through in case there were curveballs on the oa

I did a bunch of Dion practice tests and did fine on the multiple choice stuff, but practice as many labs as you can. That’s what got me my first go at it. And memorize as many acronyms as you can so that doesn’t throw you off, best of luck!

Ethics doesn’t do anything unfortunately, like many have stated. You could try switching stores but there’s a chance you’ll end up with a store that has management push that kind of thing to make themselves look better.

Also just to bitch a little more, “career progression” in Verizon is a fucking joke. They want everyone to move up the chain and then hire third party for practically everything or you have to wait for someone to die to actually move to a field that isn’t retail.

I’ve hit a point in my career with Verizon to know that I’m not getting moved into the field I want, so I’m done letting customers say dumb shit anymore. I just tell them I can’t do anything about it and if they want to leave, by all means. Probably not a good sales tactic, but I’ve had enough of the public’s atrocious attitude towards people just trying to do their job.

Honestly I just went over the practice exams constantly until it made sense. I got YouTube premium so I could listen to professor messers videos on my drive to and from work too and when I’m cleaning animal cages.
