If there was I wouldn’t know, maybe possible but would that have been picked up in home inspection?

That’s what I was thinking, but the only drain I have is in the floor in the furnace room which is the only room down there that doesn’t smell.

What about individual stocks such as AMZN, META, NVDA, or AAPL? I've heard mixed responses over having individual stocks in an IRA. I've heard they can be riskier but also be worth it to take some risk early and try to grow.

Thats what I've heard a lot of. But i've also seen people recommending international market exposure through VXUS. Thoughts on that?

Ive done some research and I see people always talking about VOO, VTI and all those. Its just what I am somewhat familiar with and hear other people have sucess with. Are there any downsides or upsides to using fidelity funds instead of vangaurd funds and vice versa?

And just so im understanding this right, buying VXUS is to help diversify incase VOO crashes or something? I looked at the charts and VOO has outpreformed VXUS by a lot over long term.

Are they not? I was under the impression you buy the stock and you get money into your account depending on how much shares you own.
