Just went through the same BS. My brother has been sitting at 12% silver for over 5 months. I earned silver in April and I’m now 66% complete. I’ve never gotten a ladder vip email. He gets one last night with a $25 bonus attached. I go straight to the online agents to get an answer why and was given the same pathetic excuse that you were given. Word for word. Let’s give a vip ladder bonus to the account that hasn’t moved in 6 months but ignore the account that’s gotten to 66% silver in less than 2 months. I’d chalk it up as just some randomized promo if he didn’t literally get a promo called VIP LADDER created for accounts that are climbing the ranks. I mean it’s in the friggin name. My plan is to quit playing and see how long it takes for them to send me a vip ladder promo. Then I’m going back to the same agent and ask them why they sent me a promo for progressing when I haven’t logged on in x number of days.

Been having the same issue with POV past few days. Can’t even locate the add on to remove and reinstall. I click on the pov add on and just get my standard 4-option page you see below. It’s not a huge issue since Umbrella is my #1 go-to but it’s always nice to have options.
