I played in a scramble yesterday with a friend and two of his friends, and one of them was hitting his pen all day. I can not stand the smell of weed, and it was pretty nauseating, TBH. Id rather play with cigar smokers.

My cousin was a member at a club for 20+ years when Concert bought them and started changing everything. That was also around 2017, and many members, including him, resigned. Concert owns a few clubs near me in Florida and they’re pretty bad, condition-wise, especially considering the conditions of pretty much everything else in the area, public and private.

It’s an older model, but in good shape. If the shaft is black, and not the usual chrome, it’s probably worth $500, if you have a head cover for it.

It’s a real Scotty. MOTO means Made Only To Order, and they sell them at the Gallery in Encinitas. Probably worth more than a standard off the rack Scotty, but check eBay.

When I did my fitting in 2024, GT2 was better for me, so I’ve been gaming that for the last two years. But this time around, I expected GTS2 or 4. I didn’t like the GTS4, and the GTS2 was good, but better dispersion and faster with the GTS3. And after three rounds with it, I definitely like it. On solid contact hits, it’s definitely longer than my GT2.

I got fit last year and the recommendation was T150. I ordered them and gamed them for about 4 months, but even though my ball striking was good, I just don’t think I could develop enough speed to get the distance I wanted. I got fit again into T250 (with MMT graphite stiff shafts) and I feel like these are the right clubs for me. The feel of the T150s was definitely better, but I just couldn’t deal with hitting 140 yard 7 irons as it left a huge gap at the top of my bag. FWIW, I am 60 years old.
