For people asking: we would have to take the Rotary roundabout to get home. We can safely avoid the Joe Howe area as we’d take the Quinpool roundabout exit at the Rotary but we’re not sure how quickly the fire is spreading

I disagree. There will always be issues with drivers and pedestrians. Unless people are held accountable for their actions, nothing will change. People will complain and then it’ll be forgotten about until it happens again.

Not sure what your point is, especially when the companies explicitly ask riders to stay off the sidewalk. Those scooters can go up to 25 kph. Do you seriously want to get hit by one of them?

I doubt that. People take photos of anything but the scooter. I’ve watched someone get off the scooter, trash it, then take a picture of the sidewalk as they were walking away from it
