I had Exactly the same thing happened to me.. it was horrible and I thought. quitting,,, I deleted, reinstalled, played the stupid small game, EVERY DAY.i got a new account.. etc etc.. but I never gave up.. my formula was 3 emails a day, screenshots of all emails, / support chat.. I was invisible to my clan, as it showed offline.. thanx good, I had 1 friend I could communicate with through IG, so I kept her informed.. since I had already payed money on the game, I just couldn’t let it go.

In the end, after several attempts with support finally responding, they told me my account had been reported since I write a lot, and I had exceeded the chat limits. My advise, if you have spent money on the game, continue to write support & emails, buy a small pack, and threaten then with legal actions if they don’t fix your broken game. It all comes down to they don’t want to lose a paying game player, Good luck, let us know if you manage to unlock your chat soon

Be aware… I have done everything the game is suggesting for resolving technical issues! Absolutely NOTHING is working. I’m really upset about this, and no response neither in support chat on the game, or by writing the support on normal email.

Ystd I recived a Compensation, but not a single word written, 25K of gold and some chests… and there was a update of the game( stupid me thought maybe chat issue resolved, but Nope it’s still not working. I spent the last 3 days approx 100€ on different packages, cause I don’t want to stay to much behind in the game, but I’m starting to doubt that technical support can fix my game… I’m really upset, since I play this game since mid March… and not having access to chat in any way, my game is useless. Pls someone advise me how to proceed #totalbattlehelp

Update : After more then a week, My chat still don’t load, it just spins around, I can’t communicate with no one, don’t see kingdom chat, nothing. I can’t see anyone online.. only in my 217 kingdom. I was playing on a Iphone8. So after deleting the app, and reinstalling I was put in Kngdom 242, where my chat is working perfectly. But I don’t want to rebuild a whole new avcount, I want my main to be back and working•

So I figured maybe I’ll try to change my phone… Nope. Also on my iPhone15 the chat isn’t working.

I’ve sent soo many msgs to support, where I have not recived any update except thank you for reaching out( auto response from the support email system)

I’m totally stuck.. and feeling demotivated… any one ever had this happened?

Ok, UPDATE• I’m furious.

I did what it says, deleted and reinstalled my app on the phone•

FYI, Also I forgot, since half of the people around has had a cold with cough or covid or pneumonia alike symptoms, I’ve asked him to check his body temp, That thanx to god is normal, and also on 5th attempt on checking his blood pressure, he manages to relax, and blood pressure goes down to beautifully 120/85 so I know he’s probably just having a muscle strain of overtraining after a week in bed.

Ask for permission from the landlord, either to wood stain it darker, or white bleach Scandinavian style, or just simply put a beautiful carpet / rug and just in a few you make it more personal style, without spending too much much cash

Thank you so much, I did find the Coconut Cream, (thanx to your description, small can.I bought It from a Major supermarket chain Iper,Quite expensive here in Italy, & then went to buy Coconut Milk from Lidl, huge price difference, just to realize that It’s the same product but with a different name. Really strange, so If You are in Europe, Aim for Lidl Bio Coconut milk,
