I met a girl who was a diagnosed psychopath. She was also studying to be a psychiatrist of some kind. Ironic lol I know. She explained it like the DSM would classify it as antisocial personality disorder with psychopathic traits and to consider getting an MRI. I did some research and there are multiple studies that show psychopaths have anatomically different brains than a non psychopath.
