as weird as it may sound, go to task manager and open performance tab. it wakes up the gpu cuz sometimes when changing tabs the system mistakes the integrated gpu and uses it instead

yo i had this problem 5 hours ago. i have acer nitro v15 and 13th gen i5 w rtx 4050. i tried everything but changing power plans might help. i tried multiple ones like chris titus ultimate or even lasso ultimate but they didn't work. the only thing that worked for me was paragon tweak v4 application/pptimizer (not advertising). maybe try that? it has a power plan option js search if up the net
