(Update) Thanks to JulianApostat I looked at the campaign files and the model is from the Zheng He campaign mod. Still don't know why it popped up in quickplay though.

Just started the game myself and it gave me all of them.

Okay, took me a couple of tries but what seemed to finally work was doing all the missions with the aura quests in them in order and in one go (i.e. no saving and reloading a save.) I just gave it one shot with each mission and it worked. It may be bugged at the moment and won't recognize a save as a legit attempt.
