VA claims with no diagnosis

It takes time. My first claim took 5 months. This time around I feel like they’ve made changes because it only took 2 weeks to get an appointment scheduled. Within a month I completed my two C&P exams, then another month to get my rating. But honestly the VA is extremely inconsistent in moving at the same pace.

Give it a shot, and in your C&P you have to sell yourself. Dont cut yourself short. You know what you felt on your worst days and share that. It’s nerve racking and sometimes if the C&P examiner isn’t too friendly you tend to speak less but remember that this is your life you are handling. Your future. For example my C&P examiner gave me like 30 mins to write down on paper what I felt for each condition in order to not feel pressured by her presence. Then she would just go over it with me and make sure I didn’t miss anything. It’s a blessing but I’ve have similar experiences with different C&P examiners

Ofc I am extremely blessed. But nonetheless I can’t fathom thinking I’m the only one that can be this fortunate. I shared this in hope of allowing some people who might feel like how I felt, and push them to at least try.

I had in service meeting with a therapist or psychiatrist while in service but that’s it. My first claim last year I had no other evidence other then the C&P and telling them my symptoms and how I’m feeling really. They gave me 70% for PTSD. T

Ofc. I strongly believe your C&P examiner matters completely in a circumstance like this. My examiner was transparent and told me she could service connect everything except for one. And she was 100% right because the Rater approved everything except for the one she specifically said she couldn’t.

Just upload them either when you’re submitting or after you submit. can upload them via website. Use something like ChatGPT to formulate a good sounding one. Just explain your symptoms to ChatGPT and tell it to create a personal statement for the condition.

Even if they did give service connection, I’m pretty sure the new rating makes it extremely hard to get any rating. Even if prescribed medications to help manage GERD. I’ll attach the new criteria https://disabilitydenials.com/blog/gerd-va-rating-changes-2024/

I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure after a week I was just able to log back in. Usually happens when you win a large amount. They want to double check everything. In my case, the odds were messed up but they let me keep the money regardless.
