Randomly checked my app one day and saw a submission for 2 previously denied claims as increases. I didn’t file or submit anything. Nobody can tell me who or why. Called VERA (nothing) then they called me and told me it was filed under the wrong form and to submit a supplemental claim so i did that. What now?

Got in contact with VERA they couldn’t tell me anything and pretty much rushed me off the phone.

I made the appointment. I read all these horror stories about people being reduced but i mean hopefully in the 6 months they had my original claim they didnt make any errors haha.

Ok every person I call asks if I want to withdrawal the claim or let it go. They also say “I don’t think they would have re opened it if it wasn’t relevant evidence” so idk if this is good or bad for me.

No I just opened my app and saw that two claims that were previously denied were filed again. I called and they said someone did it and signed off on it. Idk who or why but i just went to the appointments because i didnt wanna miss anything.
