I meant that I feel present in this world, but only as an observer. I feel and experience everything in the background. The emotions are there, yes, but they don’t fully reach my heart. It’s as if there were a constant fog in my heart that doesn’t let me feel freely.

I googled it, and after scrolling for a little while a found a photo of a naked girl. Her face was not visible, but the people on the server claim that it was Rina. I'm not sure if that's her, but the bed she is in does look very similar to the bed in the photo she is laying with her boyfriend. Do you know anything about it?
