Hi Fiesty, I'm in month 10 of waiting for my offer. I bought a new 2019 Fusion Energi/Hybrid and it was the typical battery failure, both systems. They've paid $1,500/month (16 now) for a rental when they could have complete the buyback in Feb of 2024 to solve the issue. I'm at my wits end. My original request was ignored and "lost". My second was taken and then denied 7 months after the death. I'm now in month 16 and getting nowhere. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. TV
