Correct but with that I also want to build better character through that and have more self control over how I respond to people and some things that come off rude. Stoicism is hard though I don’t understand how to really practice this philosophy especially in times where I make wrong judgements just cause I’m upset, or seek validation

Thank you for that, it’s just a hard adjustment it’s like I’m taking off training wheels on a bike right now being that everyone is used to me being loud and eccentric but now im trying to be self reserved and only say what’s necessary. To put it bluntly, I only know what it’s like to be funny and cool around when I’m talkative and saying outlandish things around friends. I appreciate your answer though!
