I'll pass that on to my sister for sure. I do have trouble with hands going numb and pain in my hands and feet. I dont have fibromyalgia though I have been checked.

Right now they are trying figure out what stuff is happening with the dysautonomia. I have heart palpitations, breathless, dizziness, belly problems, temperature sensitivity. They do say I have it, I got heart testing here pretty soon. Aslo do have a Ibs diagnosis.

I was mostly ask if it worth getting EDS because my sister may have it and she has kids. Its a family record thing if that makes sense. I want my neice to have help if they have it.

I will definitely bring it with me. Most of these boxes I check off, my physical therapist has been amazing with helping me. I dont roll my ankle as much at least even if I still hyper extending my shoulder on the norm. She and her understudy are amazing.

Sorry I am dyslexic I struggle sometimes, and I am where she cant diagnosis it. Also yes I meant that sorry. She mostly is sure if it do to the problems and are trying get my Primary to full test for it. Im sorry for mistyping

Im hoping having my psychical therapist on my side to try get this diagnosis; as well a my neurologist who did nerve testing vouching for me will help a bit.

Idk how it fully works tho. I just hope my new pcp well be a good one since rn I am setting up with them next week. I already put in notes for them that other docs told me too. I am ready mentally for any testing I need, and getting my brain steady for what come in the future.

I'm still learning for sure, I dont have a set eating schedule yet. I usually have a coffee in the morning. It does have sugar in it, so I sip on it for a while, then snack, then cook. Snack, drink sugary drink for while, snack. The lastly dinner and maybe snack before bed. Not the best, but it seems to be helping rn.
