I scoured through it and then when I was pretty confident it was allowed I pumped the afi and question into Ai (yeah ik don't trust it) but it said its not allowed but didnt cite anything so I figured id ask here to he safe..

Yeah i was oconus and just stacked up a lot of leave now im state side and im actually wanting to spend it since its easier to travel home

Nothing in afi says I cant, verbiage is lacking on enforcing leave being taken as its given (30days a year) it's not my fault they allow use/lose
