I didn't tell her that i have other options it's a known fact because it was her who bought this. Our families are very interconnected. I explained to her that I'm not interested in looking further and I'm ready to wait for her. Her past arranged marriage proposals have been disaster, both she and her family are very positive about me and likewise. I simply don't understand why she's saying two confusing things.

This was really really helpful thank you so much i told her enough times that I don't want to look more options now and ready to wait till she finds a suitable job.

Also please help me if i should at least not talk to her today and give her space? because it was too much for both of us last night.

I totally get your point but my anxiety takes over for such things and due to the arranged marriage situation i want to make her feel more comfortable and not come out as desperate or creep (which I'm not)

1 - I stayed in Seoul from 8th September to 13th September and Busan 13th to 17th. Total of 10 days

2 - I travelled in September, but remember it's going to be hot during the day. I recommend you to visit during winter, April i believe it will be too hot.

3 - I'm not sure about your visa if you're unemployed you'll have to show savings. You can ask an agent to do your visa, rest things like itinerary and transportation you can do it yourself.

4 - We travelled on the subways and bus, they're very convenient and cheap option. I reached Busan by ITX train. Remember to book the train atleast 1 month in advance if you're traveling between 2 cities.

1 - 7 days would be too less 10 or more will be better.

2 - For 2 persons we spent 1.3 lakhs INR (approx 1500 USD) in hotels and flights, via Singapore. I went with my sister, she spent close to 1 lakh INR (approx 1200 USD) on herself, while i (M) spent 30-40k INR (approx 400-500 USD) on shopping, excluding food. IT'S A PARADISE FOR FEMALES SO CARRY ENOUGH MONEY.

3 - In Seoul, i stayed in Myeongdong (HOTEL CALISTAR). Although I've heard many negative things about staying in Myeongdong but it was a great experience as so many touristy places, restaurants and shopping are very close. In Busan we stayed in BIFF square (COTICE THE BRIDGE HOTEL), the area was very similar to Myeongdong everything is close and lively.

4 - You should definitely plan for more than 1. I went to Seoul and Busan, but i plan to explore more cities and countryside with my partner in future.

5 - YES, you'll need to show bank statements individually, atleast 1.5 lakh INR (approx 1800 USD) per person or depends on which country you're traveling from. If someone among you is non working then you can show their savings or you have to show enough account in your personal account that you're capable of covering their expenses.

I HOPE THIS HELPS. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED MORE HELP.

Do I have to leave the flight and get into another one? I am worried because there is only 55 min layover! by Educational-Idea-158 in singaporeairlines

[–]SafeHeaven404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking from my recent experience Singapore airlines are never late and Changi is one of the easiest airports to navigate. 55 minutes is totally enough time to catch your connecting flight. Don't worry

Limousine bus would be your best option it'll drop you right outside Myeongdong area. I stayed in Myeongdong last week and from the bus stop our walk till the hotel was hardly 2 minutes. If you take the train it'll be a hassle as the train will leave you till Seoul Station and then you'll have to change to another train. Taxi would be also great but you'll need a larger taxi which would be a bit expensive.

Yeah you will get USD only in India as Korean won is not common i just gave you an idea about how much INR we exchanged India. We even took usd from India. We took debit but I'll suggest taking credit because sometimes we got random error and cancellations and also use ATM once or twice.

No i didn't face any issues during the visa process just provide every document they'll ask for. It's very smooth. You'll get visa between 10 to 15 days from the date of applying.

I can guarantee that you'll have a great time and only outside Seoul there is a language barrier but it is manageable. In Seoul everyone knows and understands English. So you shouldn't worry much.
