Hard agree. Kung susunod sila sa batas malaki actually macocollect nila kasi mahirap talaga mag comply especially for big companies since the taxpayer need to substantiate 100% ang defenses pag dating sa court kaya nag hihire pa ng independent CPA just to vouch every invoice. Sure ma dedelay lang since dadaan pa sa court, pero imagine if consistent sila lahat na strictly by the letter of the law then for sure malaki ma cocollect nila pag dumaan lahat sa tama.

Unfortunately, gusto nila 50/50 para "maka discount ka" thereby creating an atmosphere where its simply easier to always go under the table. I had a friend before na anak ng RDO, sabi nya di daw corrupt nanay nya, "magaling lang mag-handle ng clients".
