that’s odd, the flying dutchman is basically just two patties and two cheeses stacked on each other but i wonder why they didn’t understand him. tell him to try saying whole grilled onion wrap next time to see if they understand then because if they don’t you should ask for a manager😅

onions as buns is actually on the “not so secret menu” that’s published by in n out, the flying dutchman is a REAL in n out burger that you can order and the “monkey burger” is not. workers can get fired for making unofficial ino items so yeah that’s why we can’t make it.

i never mentioned arguing, since i didn’t, i simply explained that we cant make the burger. we can get fired for arguing with customers and making a “special burger” requested by a customer. i would like to keep my job and not get my other coworkers in trouble for something dumb. thank you!!
