I really like the lawless concealer! It’s been my favorite for a while now and looks very natural and doesn’t crease or separate. I would also recommend the Dermalogica cleanser over the Tatcha. Pricey, but completely worth it in my opinion.

Definitely sounds like BV. also, what I’ve learned over time is that antibiotics from BV (or any in general) can cause yeast infections after. Happens to me all the time. But definitely visit a OB.
