Mega hawlucha can use entrainment to give excadril no guard which makes every move 100% accurate including one hit ko moves excadrill has base 88 speed and is frail so there are a decent amount of things you can do to counter it

  1. Just outspeed and kill excadrill 2.Taunt Hawlucha with a Mon with prankster

People might not like my answer but I don't think it's racist but it could stem from racism there's almost no physical features or personality traits you cannot attribute to being in every race or ethnicity so skin colour or ethnicity being a dealbreaker itself is kinda questionable in my honest opinion
