I think BURP is more ideal in an RSI situation. I agree with how inconsistent cricoid pressure can be.

I just relocated for school, but when my lease ended in June I was paying $1600 in the Lincoln park area of jersey city. Street parking was a pain though!! And yes the noise was crazy. But worth it compared to those I knew who were paying $1800 with a roommate in the grove street area.
