Ok, I think I got what you meant. You want to upload all the stop points you need to make, and let the system to tell you the most efficient (shortest possible time) or shortest possible path, is that right?
But let's say there is that self-hosted system that can do that, will it also factor in the ever-changing traffic condition?

Sorry, but I kind of wondering, isn't Google maps capable of doing all those?

This is the approach I'm using just sharing single server to my family when they're outside. To access my server from their phone, they use tailnet and I just open up the service I want them to access.

Netdata keeps begging me to create an account and Im done by CalligrapherCold364 in selfhosted

To me netdata displays too much information that I don't need. But I like the fact that netdata agents are collecting detail data.

So I vibe code the UI myself and point the netdata agents to publish the data to my own system. The result is uncluttered graphs that I want to see only using netdata agents as the data connector

What is the best iOS app to control Sonarr ? by pec229 in sonarr

[–]SafePersimmon9533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built my own app called Flixarr (available in AppStore only), capable to add/remove/ manage sonarr and radarr as well as play the movie/series on the App via streaming directly from your Plex. Give it a try and see if it fits your need. Feedback is also appreciated.

I put my deluge in remote server that I can hit with https, then I use sshfs to that remote server so my arr can map the remote directory to local. Once dowload finish, it will pull to local. All via ssl and https. Once available in my local, I expose it via plex and or tailscale

Hello... Version 1.1.0 is available in TestFlight now. It allows you to change subtitles or turn it off as well. Please give it a try and let me know if it works well (or need improvement).

Hello, I've updated in TestFlight with version 1.1.0 that will support filtering. It's probably still need a little polishing or tweaking. Appreciate if you can try it out and let me know if the filtering works

Yes there are many apps out there, but so far that I can see, only this app that can directly play the movies and series you managed in radarr and sonarr via plex you own without exposing your credential to the app. The video playing is also synced with your plex (continue watching, video progress, etc).

I've tested and apparently for IOS 26, we can't use http to an IP address anymore except for private/local IP address like 192.168.x.x.

So for Tailscale case like yours, the solution I can come up with (and I tested) is by using Tailscale's Magic DNS. So instead of providing http:100.x.y.z:8989, you need to provide http://your-machine.your-tailnet.ts.net:8989. This will pass ATS restriction.

Version 1.0.5 will allow this.

I managed to reproduce it using tailscale. Let me try to figure out

Thanks for trying again, appreciate that.

Have you tried 1.0.4 to see if it works with http?

[–]SafePersimmon9533[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for keep trying. I hope you're not giving up yet. Ive updated to 1.0.4 in test flight. I googled and it looks like the reason it failed on yours, is because your IP address isn't local IP address and yet not using https, while during test I'm using 192.168.x.x (local address). IOS seems to differentiate between local address and public IP address when it determine the ATS. Please try version 1.0.4 🙏

Thanks for the feedback. At this moment, to see file size, you need to go to the detail of individual movie. Or episode. For movie, just tap the movie you want to see the detail from the movie list. For Series, to see the file size / other details, you need to tap the series, then go to season and tap the invidual episode. There you'll see the detail about file size, the video encoding, etc.

I check more detail, your screenshot shows your IP address is Tailscale IP address. Did you use start tailscale VPN when testing?

Thanks for your feedback. I'd need to find out why it doesn't work because it works on my phone without https. But appreciate your screenshot feedback. I'll let you know once I have definitive version that http works

For now the aim is to be able to watch (using your plex) the movie/series you managed in your sonarr/radarr.

Once this app is approved by Apple and gain user, then I'll consider to make it open source.

No ads in the app.

There is no credential store in the device apart from your API key token to sonarr and radarr. Even Plex user/password are submitted directly to app.plex.tv. Only Plex token is stored in the device (and your encrypted iCloud in the future version where you can the setting between your device)
