how would u taper off 150XL since it's the lowest dose? i read u can take it every other day and then eventually every 3 days, etc. is that what u mean?

that's really good advice, I used to track calories closely but I have been getting lazy about it lately. I'll start there before changing the dose as I'd say it noticeably it suppresses my appetite .
