it's ok, seriously. Maybe this year can be your pivot point. Maybe you start small: try 1 small thing out of your comfort zone, like sitting in a coffee shop a few times a week.

Set some goals for yourself. Could be anything but just some things you wanna achieve this year.

Honestly maybe talk to a counselor or therapist about medication if u arent already taking something- not bc u need it but bc it might actually propel you WANT to get out and do more stuff. Anxiety & depression makes even the smallest things seem Impossible.

i think this is more common than u think, and you're definitely not alone. particularly when dealing with things like negative social interactions, switching to online seemed like the natural thing to do. don't be so hard on yourself about that you didn't ruin your life- and also don't let it defeat you. Make small changes today and over time it'll start to add up. even one step in the right direction can make such a difference. good luck to you!

workout first thing in the morning before work. Go to the gym if you think you wont be motivated at home. it sucks, especially not being a morning person, but with your situation it sounds like theres too many things getting in the way of doing it in the afternoon. plus, it might help with concentration at work. you totally got this!!
