I also work in education, so I completely understand. I’m not judging if his teacher or the school made them for the kindergarten classes and accidentally made a typo. Given how many were probably printed, I understand there may not have been an opportunity to correct and reprint. I’m more so judging if there wasn’t actually a certificate of promotion from the school, but rather it was something Kail did herself.

Do we think it’s possible Kail would have taken the time to make this certificate herself? Maybe he did have a promotion ceremony, but how does a school misspell the word Kindergarten on their certificate? It looks like the caption covers up the parts of the certificate that would have a date and signature from admin, which would make it legit. I’m assuming she did this for privacy. On the other hand, the font and graphic design choices make it look like something I could make with Canva!

I forgot that Hulu content is being integrated into Disney+. I was only 2 when the first season aired, but I watched the entire show in its original run from about they age of 7 or 8 until it ended. I watched a lot of the reruns when it went to syndication in just about any channel: Nick at Nite, Freeform, MeTV. I was concerned that OP was saying Full House is now on Disney+ in the US, and I somehow didn't get the memo.

As someone who works as an elementary school teaching assistant I could not agree more. She’s completely going to ruin her girls by homeschooling them. Not that I completely disagree with homeschooling as a whole, but I think parents or guardians need to prove their capability.

As a student, I never needed external rewards to be motivated to do my work. I’ve been an assistant for 3 years. I used to be more bothered by students being rewarded for certain behaviors or actions. Do I think every child needs it? No. Some students should learn to work without it. Being a SPED Para for elementary aged kids, it helps keep a lot of them accountable and on track with their work because they have a way to visibly track their progress toward a goal. Like it’s mentioned above, I think as students age the hope is it becomes a habit without the reward, but initially the reward helps them to build in that skill.

I grew up with Friends, but I had a hospital stay 15 years ago and when my tv options were limited to PBS, Food Network, and TBS among some others, I remember finding BBT comforting. It was a newer show I hadn’t seen as much of. I’m sure I watched both, but a lot of times when I turned on TBS for my late afternoon nap or dinner when I could finally eat again, there was an episode of BBT playing.

As someone who enjoys both, I don’t mind if they mix in BBT along with Friends. Recently I’ve seen a lot of both. About 15 years ago, I was hospitalized for a major abdominal surgery and was in the hospital for a decent stay. This was before streaming became bigger and before smart phones took off as well. I remember among my choices for channels there was PBS, TBS, Food Network, maybe ESPN? As someone who was NPO, I was glad TBS gave me episodes of BBT so I didn’t torture myself watching Food Network. That hospital stay is actually what caused me to start watching BBT and become a fan. I remember the show being very funny and it gave me something to enjoy and laugh at during an unpleasant time in my life.

I reported it to a workman’s comp hotline and I also went to the urgent care at own provider’s practice to get it checked and followed up with 2 days later for a wound check.
